What do you know?! I met my goal this week and surprised even myself. I ran or walked 20 miles this week. I ate 7+ servings of freggies every day. I checked in on Facebook daily and did the Workout of the Week.
Today I was washing my arm in the bath and noticed that I have made big changes. My upper arms are more compact, and I have noticeable definition in my biceps and triceps. The pushups are paying off
I feel great! I don't even know the last time I was able to say that. I have more energy than I've had for a long time. I think that an improved diet is responsible. I don't know if I've lost weight -- I don't want to use the scale alone to judge my progress, and I know have a tendency to let the number on the scale dictate how I feel about myself.
As week 6 begins, I'm starting to look for the next challenge. I want to continue to focus on cleaning up my diet (but not dietin), and so I signed up for this:

I'm a little nervous, because I do love my salt, sweets and coffee drinks, but MAYBE it will be worth it if I feel great and enjoy life more. I'll keep you posted.
